1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Valo Tier, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account credentials.
  • You must not share accounts for abusive, fraudulent, or policy-evading behavior.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • attempting unauthorized access to systems, data, or user accounts;
  • scraping, reverse engineering, or disrupting service stability;
  • submitting unlawful, infringing, harmful, or deceptive content;
  • harassment, abuse, spam, or other harmful behavior toward users or staff.

4. User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you submit (including VOD links, notes, and profile data). You grant Valo Tier a limited license to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate coaching, review, and account features.

5. Service Scope and No Performance Guarantee

Coaching insights and analytics are informational and educational only. They do not guarantee in-game rank, match outcomes, or competitive performance improvements.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for policy violations, abuse, security risks, fraud, or legal requirements.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Valo Tier is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use.

8. Third-Party Services

Valo Tier depends on third-party providers (for example, authentication, hosting, and game data services). We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or platform-level restrictions.

9. Riot Games Disclaimer

Valo Tier is an independent service and is not endorsed by Riot Games. Riot trademarks, service marks, and related intellectual property are the property of Riot Games, Inc.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
